Payment/Scheduled Closures/Drop Policy/Attire

Payment Policy: At the time of registration, you will be charged the annual registration fee (prorated based on start date), and monthly tuition (partial or full depending on start date). All future tuition is paid monthly through Autopay. All fees will automatically be charged on the 25th of the month for the following month's tuition.

If your card is declined, we will contact you and require card information to be updated and payment to be made in full within 36 hours. Monthly tuition is what holds your child's spot in class, so if tuition is not received by the 1st of the month, we will no longer reserve your child's spot in class.
Once payment has been charged, no refunds or account credits will be issued.

Make-ups/Scheduled Closures/Inclement Weather: Monthly tuition is a flat rate, based on an approximate average of 4 classes per month over a 12-month period. In any given month there may be 3, 4 or 5 classes. (A Brio calendar is available online and at the front desk) There will be no prorating of tuition for missed classes. Full tuition is required regardless of class attendance. In the event of closures due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond Brio’s control, there will be no prorating of tuition, account credits or refunds. You will be notified if a make-up option will be offered.
One make-up class per calendar month is available and must be used within 1 month of absence. Make-up classes depend on availability and are offered as a courtesy, but are not guaranteed. To schedule a make-up class, please speak with customer service regarding availability. You may email, call or discuss with customer service during your child’s class.

Cancellation/Drop Policy: Membership is based on a month-to-month ongoing obligation. In order to cancel, drop notice needs to be received before the 20th of the following month, to ensure your card on file is not charged. You can do this by filling out a drop notice form at the front desk or by emailing info@briogym.com notifying us of your cancellation.
