Parent/Tot

Our Parent-Tot classes (for walking toddlers up to 3 years old) provide a fun and safe space for your little one to run, jump, and play. These classes focus on helping children interact with their peers, take turns, and follow simple instructions. Led by our experienced instructors, your child will explore basic gymnastics shapes and movements in a creative and engaging way. It's the perfect opportunity for your kiddo to grow in coordination and strength, all while getting the wiggles out!
