  • Running hurdle round-off rebound

  • Running front handspring with light spot

  • Back handspring on Pac Man with light spot

  • Run jump dive roll

  • Headstand for 10 seconds

  • Handstand against wall - 30 seconds

  • Back handspring

  • Handstand snap back handspring with light spot

  • Running round-off jump back drill

  • Front tuck drill on pit

  • Handstand against wall - 35 seconds

  • Front handspring step out round-off rebound

  • Round off back handspring

  • Front tuck with light spot

  • Back tuck on trampoline with light spot

  • Handstand against wall - 40 seconds
